Federal law (HIPAA) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act requires that all health records be electronic and kept on a server somewhere. Now really, given Hillary's propensity for secrecy and obvious paranoia does anyone actually believe that her electronic medical records are floating around out there in the vastness of the internet. It is almost certain, that her personal medical records are stored on a server located close to her person. And most assuredly there is a bottle of BleachBit and Hammer close by just in case things get too hot. But we must remember that WikiLeaks has promised to reveal some explosive documents before election day. Could it just be that Hillary's most damning medical records have been hacked and are now in the hands of Julian Assange, Editor of WikiLeaks at his suite in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.
