GETTING DEAD PEOPLE TO THE POLLS IS A LONG STANDING DEMOCRATIC PARTY TRADITION IN THE MAJOR CITIES.  MANY DEMOCRATS VOTE LIKE ZOMBIES ANYWAY!!
