Lets face it this guy is a queer and a convicted killer who murdered his wife, Cheryl, in 1990 probably because she didn't have the right body parts and is now seeking to become even more attractive to the long line of guys waiting outside his cell every night for his favors. It's not just Mass. that has these progressive laws that allowed inmates more rights than their court system ever allows the victims of their heinous crimes, many other states have marched off the cliff of political correctness in affording these convicts a long list of rights, most of which never are revealed to the public at large for fear of a backlash. How long will Americans put up with this disgraceful sh*t in the name of compassionate progressivism. I've had enough and most Americans I know feel the same. Those federal court judges who sit in judgement will have to one day answer for their stupidity and maybe, just maybe they will hav to spend some time in a cell with the likes of Robert Kosilek, aka Michelle.
Robert Kosilek, now known as Michelle, is seen in this 1993 file photo, in Bristol County Superior Court in New Bedford, Mass.
BOSTON — A convicted killer who is seeking a taxpayer-funded sex-change operation is again asking a judge to approve electrolysis treatments.
Michelle Kosilek was born as Robert. He has been living as a woman in an all-male prison in Norfolk, serving a life sentence for the murder of his wife, Cheryl, in 1990.
Prison officials oppose Kosilek's request for surgery, saying the sex change would pose security problems.
U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf ruled in 2002 that Kosilek was entitled to treatment for gender identity disorder, but stopped short of ordering surgery. Kosilek sued again in 2005.
Kosilek had seven electrolysis treatments, but they were discontinued last year. In August, Wolf rejected Kosilek's request for additional treatments. Kosilek is due in court Monday to renew the request. read more from FOX
